Deft Diplomacy and the Politicization of Treasury

As we are getting closer and closer to the Presidential election, I am becoming increasingly concerned about the overt and at-times heavy handed politicization of the federal civil service.  We have heard a lot in recent years about political influence at the Departments of Justice, State, and Homeland Security.   It is also happening at Treasury.   I turned a blog post on the subject into an article that was published today in the American Thinker.  It is posted on this website under "articles"  and the link is here:
